(collectively referred to as “Precision Dialogue”) protecting the privacy of information is a top priority. The Site

Personal Data We Collect or Are Provided

Typically, a visit to the Site does not require you to disclose any person data about yourself. There may be occasions, however, when Precision Dialogue may require details about you, such as your name, address, telephone number and/or email address. We can only collect this personal data when you voluntarily submit it to us as part of a communication, survey, or other voluntary interaction. During the normal course of business, Precision Dialogue may also receive personal data from or on behalf of our third-party business partners.  When third-party business partners provide us data it can include some or all of the following: customer transactions, retail member identification, date of birth, gender, name, postal address, email address, marital status, or mobile number.

How We Use Personal Data

If you decide to provide us with personal data via the Site, we will use that data to fulfill your communications request. We may also use the information you provide to notify you about important news concerning new products and services, product updates, technical support issues, and special offers we think you may be interested in. We may disclose your information on a confidential basis to third parties who assist us, such as information technology service providers, our lawyers, and other consultants as strictly necessary. In addition, it is Precision Dialogue’s policy not to sell, rent or lease your personal data without your consent. Precision Dialogue reserves the right to disclose any pertinent information to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate. We also may disclose pertinent information to protect our rights and property and protect against misuse of the Site. If you object to the disclosure of your personal data in this manner, then you should not provide personal data to Precision Dialogue or notify us that you do not wish to have personal data used in the manner described herein.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

In the process of administering the Site, we maintain and track usage through web server logs. Web server logs provide such information as the types of browsers accessing the Site, what pages receive high traffic, and the times of day our servers experience significant load. We use this information to improve the content and navigation features of the Site. Aggregated forms of this information may be used to identify future features and functions to develop for the Site and provide better customer service. We do analyze the data at the individual level in order to improve the quality of the content and to better customize our marketing to our customer needs. In general, web analysis data is not used to identify you personally except as outlined in this privacy policy.

Keeping Information Secure

To help secure your personally identifiable information Precision Dialogue utilizes reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard the personal information we collect on Site. Once we have received your personally identifiable information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access. We ask that any third parties to whom we may transfer your personally identifiable information take comparable steps to protect that security and Precision Dialogue recognizes its potential liability for the onward transfer of personally identifiable information collected on the Site. Our third-party business partners include companies that provide the following services: postal address cleansing and standardization, marketing email senders, and direct marketing mail. No procedures can guarantee the security of your information. The transmission of information via the Internet or over mobile networks is not completely secure; any transmission is at your own risk. Thus, despite our use of reasonable security procedures, it is possible that unauthorized access or disclosure of personally identifiable information that you provide us could occur.

Privacy Shield

Precision Dialogue participates in the Privacy Shield program developed by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the European Union (“E.U.”). With respect to data received from the E.U. in reliance on the Privacy Shield and as outlined in this privacy policy, Precision Dialogue adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles: Notice; Choice; Accountability for Onward Transfer; Security; Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation; Access; and Recourse, Enforcement and Liability. A technology called “cookies” is commonly used to provide tailored information from a website.  A cookie is basically an element of data that a website can send to your browser, which may then store it on your system. We do not use cookies or similar technology to cross-relate personal information about our visitors unless such personal information was directly provided to us by the visitor who wishes to be included in our client relationship management solution. Precision Dialogue offers you the opportunity to “opt-out” of having your personally identifiable information used for purposes not directly related to your access to and experience at the Site at the point where we ask for the information. We provide an “opt-out” mechanism if you do not wish to receive unsolicited email marketing materials from us and we will take reasonable steps to honor such email opt-out requests.

Sale of Precision Dialogue or Its Assets

In the event that Precision Dialogue or its affiliate(s)’ assets or stock are ever sold, acquired, merged, liquidated, reorganized, or otherwise transferred (“Change in Ownership”), we reserve the right to transfer our user databases together with any personal data contained in them, to a third-party acquiring Precision Dialogue’s assets. In the event we do so, we may place a prominent notice of the sale on the homepage of our Site and may send you notice via email, with links to information about how you can change your privacy preferences. Use and protection of data collected after Precision Dialogue’s certification and before the Change in Ownership shall continue to be governed by this Privacy Policy.

Protection for Children – COPPA Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. Our Site, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old. Since information regarding children under the age of 13 is not collected, we do not knowingly distribute personal information regarding children under the age of 13.

Compliance with California Privacy Laws

If you are a California resident, you are entitled to request certain information regarding our disclosure of your “personal information” (as defined in California Civil Code Section 1798.83) to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We will occasionally update this Privacy Policy in response to changing business circumstances and legal developments.
